【摘要】：正经济新常态下政府的市场监管职能,已经不是简单的"一罚了之",而涉及到政府职能的重大调整和转变。【案例】旅游"限制令"引争议近日,国内两大旅游业大省——海南省和云南省,先后出台旨在规范旅游市场的"限制令",引起了舆论的广泛关注,其影响绝不仅限于旅游业。
[Abstract]:The role of the government in regulating the market under the new normal state of the economy is no longer a simple "penalty", but involves major adjustments and changes in the functions of the government. [case] the "restriction order" on tourism has recently aroused controversy. Hainan Province and Yunnan Province, two major tourism provinces in China, have successively issued "restriction orders" aimed at standardizing the tourism market, which has aroused widespread concern of public opinion, and its impact is not limited to tourism.
