新常态下国企法律风险防范研究——以杭州市属国企为例

【摘要】：法律风险管理是企业有效防范风险、控制风险、解决风险的一种管理能力;新常态下加强企业法律风险防范,是企业适应国际国内经济环境变化,提高核心竞争力的必要举措。本文在调研的基础上,总结了杭州市属国有企业近年来法律风险防范工作取得的成绩,指出存在的问题及不足,探讨经济新常态下健全国有企业法律风险防范机制,针对存在的问题提出对策举措。
[Abstract]:Legal risk management is a kind of management ability for enterprises to effectively guard against risks, control risks and solve risks. Strengthening legal risk prevention of enterprises under the new normal condition is a necessary measure for enterprises to adapt to the changes of international and domestic economic environment and to improve their core competitiveness. On the basis of investigation and investigation, this paper summarizes the achievements of legal risk prevention in Hangzhou municipal state-owned enterprises in recent years, points out the existing problems and shortcomings, and probes into how to perfect the legal risk prevention mechanism of state-owned enterprises under the new normal state economy. In view of the existing problems put forward countermeasures.
