影视节目名称的法律保护路径探析

【摘要】：随着我国的影视行业的蓬勃发展,更多的人对这方面逐渐显露的问题进行了一定的重视。而影视节目名称被不良商家乱用以及盗用,是目前我国最为普遍的一个现象,这不仅对影视方的权益形成了侵害,并且也对广大观众进行了误导。本文就以标识权为例,详细的阐述了对我国影视节目名称进行法律保护的有效路径。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of China's film and television industry, more and more people pay attention to the problems. At present, it is the most common phenomenon in our country that the TV program name is misused and misappropriated by bad merchants. It not only infringes on the rights and interests of the film and television parties, but also misleads the general audience. This article takes the marking right as an example, elaborated in detail to our country movie and television program name carries on the legal protection effective path.
