法律保障令网约车“便民”“规范”两不误

【摘要】：互联网的飞速发展给传统行业带来了很大的冲击。作为近几年来在我国出现的新事物,网络约租车在给人们生活带来极大便利的同时,也逐渐暴露出一些运行发展过程当中存在的问题,迫切需要一套健全的法律法规对网约车的经营和发展进行规范引导。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the Internet has brought great impact to the traditional industry. As a new thing appearing in our country in recent years, network rental car has brought great convenience to people's life, but it has also exposed some problems in the course of operation and development. There is an urgent need for a sound set of laws and regulations to guide the operation and development of ride-sharing.
