“经济法”课程教学标准化研究

【摘要】:本文分析本科院校"经济法"课程教学中存在的现实困境:课程目标与教材内容的矛盾、教材内容容量与课时分配的矛盾、理论教学与案例教学的矛盾、不同教学对象与课程内容的矛盾、教师知识素质与经济法内容矛盾、课程考核方式与学习成效的矛盾。提出以经济法应用为主旨,结合教学实践,明确教学目标、教师岗位管理标准化、教材选用标准化、教学方式标准化、案例选用标准化、教学考核管理标准化等互动模式,为本科院校"经济法"课程教学中运用标准化提供参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the practical difficulties in the teaching of the course of "Economic Law" in undergraduate colleges: the contradiction between the objective of the course and the content of the textbook, the contradiction between the content of the textbook and the distribution of class hours, and the contradiction between the theoretical teaching and the case teaching. The contradictions between different teaching objects and curriculum contents, between teachers' knowledge quality and economic law content, and between course assessment methods and learning results. Taking the application of economic law as the main purpose, combining with teaching practice, this paper puts forward some interactive models, such as the standardization of teaching objectives, the standardization of teachers' post management, the standardization of teaching materials, the standardization of teaching methods, the standardization of case selection, the standardization of management of teaching assessment, and so on. To provide reference and reference for the application of standardization in the course of economic law in undergraduate colleges and universities.
