现代企业合伙人制度的三种模式

【摘要】：五花八门的合伙人制度中,只有基于合伙人理念设计的才是真实合伙人制度。因为各个行业的不同特点,这些合伙人制度设计得各有不同。本文结合对行业特点以及现在面临的问题分析,通过案例分析人力资本型企业、互联网企业以及处于转型期的传统企业设计的合伙人制度的不同。

Because of the different characteristics of each industry, these partner systems are designed differently. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the industry and the current problems, this paper analyzes the differences of the partner systems of human capital enterprises, Internet enterprises and traditional enterprises in the transition period.
