【摘要】：正事业单位法人治理结构建设是事业单位分类改革进入"深水区"、进一步优化事业单位管理体制和运行机制的一项重要内容。近年来,潍坊市确定试点事业单位43家,其中,教育系统中小学15家、卫生系统公立医院15家、文化系统文化场馆13家。试点单位成立了理事会或管委会,修订了章程,制定了内部管理制度,建立了相对完整的法人治理架构和工作运行体系。完善"一个机制"。即决策、执行、监督"三位一体"的管理运行机制,明确决策层、执行层、监督层的
