“一带一路”下茶叶对外贸易争端案例中的共性问题研究

【摘要】：随着当前茶叶产业经营体系化不断成熟,如今茶叶产业在具体经营与发展过程中,已经突破了单一的国内市场元素,逐渐转向体系化、产业化和国际化发展方向。本文拟从"一带一路"具体背景分析入手,结合"一带一路"下茶叶对外贸易争端案例的具体表现分析,通过探究"一带一路"下茶叶对外贸易争端案例中的共性问题,从而尝试性提出"一带一路"下茶叶对外贸易争端案例中的共性问题解决思路。
[Abstract]:With the maturity of tea industry management systematization, tea industry has broken through the single domestic market elements in the process of concrete management and development, and gradually turned to systematization, industrialization and internationalization. This article begins with the concrete background analysis of "Belt and Road Initiative", combining with the concrete performance analysis of the case of tea foreign trade dispute under "Belt and Road Initiative", by exploring the common problems in the case of tea foreign trade dispute under "Belt and Road Initiative", Thus try to put forward the "Belt and Road Initiative" tea foreign trade disputes in common problems in the solution.
