地下传销现状及综合治理对策研究

【摘要】：伴随着社会经济的发展,传销活动一直屡禁不止,似有燎原之势,这给社会稳定、经济发展和家庭幸福带来了巨大危害。传销从控制人身到控制精神,扭曲着人性,践踏着道德,已经被社会普遍称为"经济邪教"。国家、社会层面一直致力于治理传销活动,但治理难度较大,始终根治不净。本文建议采用完善法律法规、提升打击层次、落实多部门联合运行机制、加大宣传教育工作、加强对传销人员的心理疏导和转化工作来探讨综合治理传销的长效机制。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, pyramid selling activities have been repeatedly banned, seems to have a prairie fire, which has brought great harm to social stability, economic development and family happiness. Pyramid selling, from personal control to control spirit, distorts human nature and tramples on morality, which has been widely known as "economic cults" in society. The country, the social level has been committed to the governance of pyramid selling activities, but the governance is difficult, always cure not clean. This paper suggests that we should perfect laws and regulations, upgrade the strike level, implement the multi-department joint operation mechanism, increase the propaganda and education work, and strengthen the psychological guidance and transformation of pyramid selling personnel to explore the long-term mechanism of comprehensive management of pyramid selling.
