老挝人民民主共和国外商投资法律框架：特许经营行业投资的问题

本文主要研究老挝人民民主共和国有关特许经营的外国投资法律问题。特许经营行业投资法扩充并进一步界定了政府管理和保护在老挝投资的外国投资者的法律和法规。老挝的主要目标是促进投资的效益和作用,以实现可持续的社会经济增长,并为国家安全和发展作出重大贡献。本文首先对老挝有关投资的法律进行一个总体介绍,接着讨论老挝的投资法律框架和对外国投资的管理和保护,以及老挝的立法过程、国家投资政策的质量以及给予国内投资者和国际投资者的法律保护水平。老挝有与外国投资相关的国内法、国际法和国际条约,这是研究和确定老挝对外国投资的管理和保护的依据。研究这些法律法规有利于将老挝的法律制度提高到更加规范的水平,有利于帮助外国投资者了解老挝的投资环境,有利于促进外国投资者来老挝投资的信心。对特许经营行业投资的管理和保护规定在2016年投资法有关实施和执行的条款之中。老挝出台的关于促进投资法执行的规定、土地方面的法律以及国有土地租赁或特许权的法律都是为了促进投资者在老挝进行投资。此外,老挝与世界各国,特别是与中国签署投资协定。这些法律法规提供了保护政府和投资者投资的原则和措施。本文的结尾为读者对影响外国投资的因素和可能决定...
