代表高度关注立法法首次修改

【摘要】：正3月10日,十二届全国人大北京团召开全团会议和代表小组会议,审议立法法修正案草案。代表们充分肯定了此次立法法的修改,一致认为,立法法是关于国家立法制度的重要法律,这次修改是其颁布施行15年以来的首次修改,很好地贯彻落实了党的十八大和十八届三中、四中全会精神。根据修正案草案,此次修改涉及四十一条。许多代表都对以下修改印象深刻。赋予设区的市地方立法权。使享有地方立法权的市从49个(包括27个省、自治区的人民政府所在地的
[Abstract]:On March 10 th, the Beijing delegation of the Twelfth National people's Congress held a meeting of the whole delegation and a group of deputies to deliberate on the draft amendment to the Legislative Law. The deputies fully affirmed the revision of this legislative law. They agreed that the legislative law is an important law on the state legislative system, and this revision is the first revision since its promulgation and implementation 15 years ago. The spirit of the third Central Committee of the 18th CPC Congress and the fourth Plenary session of the CPC Central Committee has been well implemented. According to the draft amendment, the amendment involves 41 articles. Many delegates were impressed by the following modifications. The local legislative power is vested in the municipalities that are divided into districts. From 49 municipalities (including 27 provinces and autonomous regions) where the people's governments of the autonomous regions are located
