[Abstract]:The Legislative Law of the people's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Legislative Law) was adopted by the third session of the Ninth National people's Congress of the people's Republic of China on March 15, 2000. As of July 1, 2000, the promulgation and implementation of the Legislative Law will regulate legislative activities, safeguard the unity of the state's legal system, establish and perfect the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics, and promote the administration of the country according to law. It is of great significance to build a socialist country ruled by law. The full text of the Legislative Law is about 15000 words, with a total of 6 chapters and 94 articles.
