《新西兰公司法》（1993）第十六节翻译报告—被动句在英语立法文本中的汉译策略

　　本文是一篇翻译报告,主要报告了译者在翻译《新西兰公司法》（1993）第十六节过程中对被动句采取的翻译策略。《新西兰公司法》（1993）规范了新西兰各类公司的设立、活动、解散及其它重要事项,是西方国家公司法的重要组成部分,但在国内对该法的研究却鲜有涉足。译者希望通过翻译该法为国人了解《新西兰公司法》（1993）提供便利。在翻译法律文本的过程中,译者发现被动句在英语立法文本中大量出现。其使用频率超过其在对应汉语文本中的使用频率,且在转换为汉语时呈现各种不同的形式。因此译者尝试用翻译学者和法律翻译学者的翻译策略指导此次翻译中英语被动句的翻译。翻译报告首先简述了翻译实践项目、实践操作过程、源文本的语言特征及其翻译标准。报告接着总结了学者们对英汉两种语言中被动语态的分类及对被动句英译汉策略的研究。在此基础上报告详细阐述了译者如何运用学习到的翻译策略分析、解决翻译过程中碰到的各种被动句的翻译问题。最后,译者总结了此次翻译的经验教训以及待解决的问题。
