基于图式理论的中文立法文本英译研究

　　目前,越来越多的中文立法文本需要英译,但从认知角度来研究这一问题的还为数不多。图式理论是认知科学中的重要理论,且能够用来指导翻译活动。本文作者分为四个步骤探索如何将图式理论用于指导中文立法文本的英译。首先,作者揭示图式理论与翻译活动的内在联系。图式是人脑中的知识结构。文本阅读中涉及到的图式可以分为结构图式、内容图式和语言图式。具备相应图式的读者能够更好地理解文本,而不具备某些图式会导致获取文本时的信息扭曲或者忽视,尤其是在专业性文本的阅读中。因此,在文本的创作中,作者如想要让读者从文本中获得某些信息,就必须让文本符合读者头脑中现有的特定图式。而就翻译而言,翻译过程的第一和第三阶段,都涉及文本与读者的互动,可以将图式理论用于其中,只是此处的应用更加复杂,需要译者在翻译过程的第二阶段制定翻译策略,考虑自己需要具备哪些图式及需要让目标文本符合预期读者头脑中的哪些图式。第二,根据图式理论,作者提出了翻译中文立法文本时应当采取的翻译策略。翻译中文立法文本的目的是让译本实现信息功能,为实现这一目标,译者须在翻译过程的第一阶段,从原文本中获取尽可能多的信息,在制作译本的第三阶段,则要使文本不与译本读...
