【摘要】：正1.中国海商法协会《约克—安特卫普规则》工作组于2016年4月20日召开工作组会议,对国际海事委员会2016年《约克—安特卫普规则》修改草稿逐条进行了讨论,并形成了意见。2.2016年4月28日,中国海商法协会召开第十三届十次秘书长办公会,对2015年度申报研究课题最终成果进行了评选,其中《海事诉讼中域外送达方式的理论研究与实践探索》(作者:谢振衔)被评选为优秀课题。中国海商法协会将给予1万元的经费资助。
[Abstract]:Regular 1. The working Group of the China Maritime Law Association on the "York-Antwerp rules" held a meeting on 20 April 2016 to discuss the draft amendments to the "York-Antwerp rules" of the International Maritime Committee in 2016. On April 28, 2016, the China Maritime Law Association held the 13th meeting of the 10th Secretary General's Office to select the final results of the research topics declared for the year 2015. Among them, "the theoretical Research and practical Exploration of overseas Service in Maritime Litigation" (author: Xie Zhen) was selected as an excellent subject. China Maritime Law Association will give 10,000 yuan of funding support.
