【摘要】：正 为正确审理涉及会计师事务所在审计业务活动中的民事侵权赔偿案件.维护社会公共利益和相关当事人的合法权益,最高人民法院于2001年5月起开始起草制定新的关于审理涉及会计师事务所审计侵权赔偿责任案件的司法解释。经过深人调研、充分讨论和反复论证,2007年6月4日,最高人民法院审判委员会第1428次会议通过了法释
[Abstract]:In order to correctly hear the accounting firm in the audit business activities in the civil tort compensation cases. In order to safeguard the public interest and the legitimate rights and interests of the parties concerned, the Supreme people's Court began to draft and formulate a new judicial interpretation for the trial of cases involving audit tort liability of accounting firms since May 2001. After in-depth investigation, full discussion and repeated argumentation, on 4 June 2007, the trial Committee of the Supreme people's Court adopted the interpretation of the law at its 1428th meeting.
