[Abstract]:At present, the existing railway design units in our country are facing more and more onerous tasks of reconstruction design of existing railway lines, the existing design methods can no longer meet the needs of actual production, and the domestic research on CAD technology of existing railway reconstruction lines is still less, so it is of great significance to study the CAD technology of existing railway reconstruction lines. Based on the deep analysis of the existing line design methods and the characteristics of the existing railway flat and longitudinal reconstruction design, the digital auxiliary design system of the rebuilt railway line is developed in this paper. The main work is as follows: (1) based on the optimization principle, the automatic optimization calculation of the curve allocation is realized, and the problem of plane reconstruction of the existing railway line according to different situations is solved. (2) the reconstruction design method of "second line mode" is put forward. The calculation principle of the utilization section, parallel reconstruction section and bypass reconstruction section of the design line is deeply analyzed, and the design method of the design line according to the design mode of the second line is put forward, and the parallel section and the bypass section of the second line are used to deal with the parallel reconstruction and the bypass reconstruction. This method maintains the integrity of the design line, greatly simplifies the design process and improves the design efficiency. (3) the piecewise reference linear design model is established. According to the reconstruction design method of "second line mode", the line plane reference relationship is analyzed deeply, and the linear design model with known line and reference relation matrix as independent variable is established, and the data structure and solution method of the model are put forward. Combined with the linear design model, the solutions for the plane reconstruction of various existing lines are given. (4) the longitudinal slope recovery method of "three-step cycle" existing railway line is put forward. By using the difference quotient method and the least square principle, the automatic identification and vertical curve fitting of the variable slope point are realized by distinguishing the straight line point, the straight line fitting and intersecting, and the slope section finishing three-step cycle, and the problem of longitudinal slope recovery of the existing railway line is solved. The longitudinal slope of the existing railway line is transformed into three cases: parallel equal height, parallel unequal height and second line winding, and the implementation method is given. (5) the digital aided design system of rebuilt railway line is developed by using VC. Net 2002 and ObjectARX2006 development tools, and the correctness and practicability of the program are verified by an engineering example.
