【摘要】：正5月28日,最高人民法院院长周强在全国法院新闻宣传工作会议上强调,法院要客观及时全面地公开法院工作信息,化解新媒体时代信息传播碎片化所产生的不良影响。周强还特别强调"公开是原则、不公开是例外"。要求法院依法能公开的信息全部公开,不能公开的充分说明理由和法律规定。各级法院要推进立案、
