新任省级法检“两长”全部实行交流

【摘要】：正目前,十一届全国人大常委会第31次会议批准任命了各省区市人民检察院检察长。至此,全国交流任职的14名省级人民法院院长、人民检察院检察长的任职全部通过法律程序。这次省级法检"两长"交流,结合省区市人大、政府、政协领导班子换届进行,除民族自治区外,新任省级法检"两长"全部由交流干部担任。交流前,孟建柱、赵乐际同志和王胜俊、曹建明同志与交流任职的省级法检"两长"人选进行集体谈话,要求交流任职同志到新的工作岗位深入学习贯彻党的十八大精神,坚定理想信念,牢记根本宗
[Abstract]:At present, the 31st session of the standing Committee of the Eleventh National people's Congress has approved the appointment of chief procurators of the people's procuratorates of various provinces, districts and municipalities. The chief procurators of the people's procuratorates have all held their posts through legal procedures. This time, the "two heads" of the provincial judicial procuratorates have exchanged posts in conjunction with the transformation of the leading bodies of provincial, district, municipal, and municipal people's congresses, governments, and CPPCC committees, except for the. The new "two heads" of the provincial judicial procuratorate are all held by the exchange cadres. Before the exchange, Comrade Meng Jianzhu, Zhao Leji, and Wang Shengjun, Wang Shengjun, had a collective conversation with the candidates for the provincial judicial procuratorates at the provincial level who had exchanged posts.
