刑事诉讼规则在监所检察工作中的理解与适用

【摘要】：人民检察院刑事诉讼规则的修改贯彻了"三个维护"有机统一的监所检察工作理念和大刑事执行监督的理念,将刑事执行监督职责统一交由监所检察部门承担,主要包括:指定居所监视居住执行监督、羁押必要性审查、死刑执行临场监督、刑罚变更执行同步监督、强制医疗执行监督,对相关规定要予以正确的理解和适用。
[Abstract]:The revision of the criminal procedure rules of the people's procuratorate has carried out the concept of "three safeguarding" the organic unity of procuratorial work in prisons and the concept of major criminal execution supervision. The responsibility of criminal execution supervision has been uniformly assigned to the procuratorial departments of the prisons. Mainly includes: designated residence surveillance residential execution supervision, detention necessity examination, death penalty execution site supervision, penalty change execution synchronous supervision, mandatory medical enforcement supervision, the relevant provisions should be correctly understood and applied.
