小组心理咨询干预服刑人员希望水平的准实验研究

【摘要】：目的:探究小组心理咨询对服刑人员希望水平的干预作用。方法:采取准实验设计,选取低希望水平[成人素质希望量表(ADHS)得分低于总体平均数1个标准差]的服刑人员24人进行人员匹配,12人参加小组心理咨询(干预组),12人为对照组。对干预组开展提升希望水平的小组心理咨询(每周1次,每次90 min,共8次);对照组处于常态。使用ADHS(包含动力思维和路径思维2个维度)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、自评抑郁量表(SDS)在干预前、干预后、(4周)干预后对两组进行评估。采用配对样本t检验比较组内差异,采用共变数分析和詹森-内曼法比较组间差异。结果:组内差异检验结果显示,干预组在(4周)干预后ADHS总分及2个维度得分均高于干预前,SAS得分低于干预前(P0.01或P0.001)。组间差异检验结果显示,干预组在(4周)干预后ADHS总分及2个维度得分均高于对照组,SAS得分低于对照组[(48.0±5.7)vs.(39.2±5.6),(23.1±3.4)vs.(19.0±3.2),(24.9±3.0)vs.(20.2±3.4),(36.4±7.6)vs.(41.2±6.5)均P0.01或P0.001]。干预组干预前ADHS总分在8~37分的被试,其干预后ADHS总分高于对照组[(48.8±4.9)vs.(35.7±4.9),P0.05]。结论:本研究结果显示,小组心理咨询可以提升服刑人员的希望水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the intervention effect of group psychological counseling on the level of hope of prisoners. Twenty-four prisoners with low level of hope [the score of ADHSs below the total average of 1 standard deviation] were selected to participate in group psychological counseling (the intervention group consisted of 12 persons as the control group and the intervention group as the control group). Conduct group counselling to improve the level of hope (once a week, The control group was in the normal state. Before intervention, ADHS (including two dimensions of dynamic thinking and path thinking, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS)) was used before intervention. After 4 weeks of intervention, the two groups were evaluated. Matched sample t test was used to compare the intra-group differences, co-variable analysis and Janson-Neyman method were used to compare the differences between the two groups. Results: the results of intra-group difference test showed that, The total score and two dimension scores of ADHS in the intervention group were higher than those before the intervention (P0.01 or P0.001). The results of the difference test between the two groups showed that the total score of ADHS and the scores of two dimensions in the intervention group were higher than those before the intervention (P 0.01 or P 0.001). The total score and two dimension scores of ADHS in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group (48.0 卤5.7 vs. 39.2 卤5.6). The total score of ADHS in the intervention group was 24.9 卤3.0vs.20.2 卤3.41.The total score of ADHS before intervention was 8- 37 points (P 0.01 or P 0.001). The total score of ADHS after intervention was higher than that of the control group [48.8 卤4.9 vs. 35.7 卤4.9 p0.05]. Conclusion: the results of this study show that group psychological counseling can improve the level of hope of the prisoners.
