【摘要】：正检察机关同步录音录像资料一般直接来源于讯问现场,未经复制、转述、传抄,客观性强,具有较强的准确性和可靠性。但是同步录像录像资料依靠科学技术制作,也可以借助科学技术伪造、篡改。如录音录像带可以被拼接、剪辑、消磁,光盘可以被重新刻录,图像也可以被伪造、添加、删减、编辑、修改,通过不同的技术处理,视听资料很容易丧失其客观真实性。而有关同步录音录像资
