[Abstract]:The establishment of Internet courts is an important system attempt to innovate the judicial mode in our country under the view of legal globalization, and it is also a clear symbol of the effective promotion of the level of judicial information in our country. On August 18, 2017, China's first Internet court was officially listed in Hangzhou. The plan of establishing Hangzhou Internet Court adopted at the 36th meeting of the Central Committee of Shenzhen Reform Group finally fell to the ground. The establishment of Internet Court is an important system attempt of judicial model innovation in our country under the view of legal globalization, and it is also the judicial letter of our country.
