【摘要】：正检察官惩戒委员会建立于司法体制改革大背景下,是落实司法责任制,强化检察官职业保障,促进司法公正的重大举措,对促进检察官依法行使职权,维护社会公平正义,具有积极的推动作用。检察官惩戒委员会作为一个新的机构已经在多地成立,但其如何科学设置与运行有待深入研究,以便更好地指导司法实践。一、检察官惩戒委员会设置的原则
