[Abstract]:The new Civil procedure Law has just been put into practice since January 1 this year. The judicial practice of local courts has accumulated some experience and encountered many problems.This article takes the small amount program as the object, how to apply the new system of the civil action law in practice and what difficulties may appear, so as to be helpful to the smooth implementation of the new law.Concerning the theory and procedure design of the small claims system, a great deal of research has been accumulated in the revision stage of the civil action law.
