司法改革如何凸显“民生底色”

【摘要】：司法改革要以民生为最高标准,"要努力让人民群众在每一个司法案件中都感受到公平正义"。同时,又应当拿捏轻重与把握必要的分寸,一味迎合民意的司法会产生负效应。所以,人民性与专业化对司法而言,都不可偏废。
[Abstract]:Judicial reform should take the people's livelihood as the highest standard, "we should strive to let the people feel fair and just in every judicial case." At the same time, we should grasp the importance of justice and grasp the necessary measures, blindly meet the public opinion of the judiciary will have a negative effect. Therefore, the people and specialization for the judiciary, can not be biased.
