刑事诉讼规则在反贪工作中的理解与适用

【摘要】：近几年来,受到国家相关领导人的大力支持,反贪工作正在如火如荼的进行中,而且打击力度也是逐年上升。为了可以更好的开展反贪工作,在刑事诉讼规则的制定上,国家也是不遗余力,几乎每年都会出台全新的政策法规,辅助反贪工作的顺利开展。基于此点,本文针对刑事诉讼规则在反贪工作中的理解与适用为例,展开相关的论述和说明,进而提高反贪工作的执行效率和成果,促进国内反贪工作的有效开展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the support of national leaders, anti-corruption efforts are in full swing, and the crackdown is increasing year by year. In order to better carry out anti-corruption work, the state also spare no effort in the formulation of criminal procedure rules, almost every year will introduce new policies and regulations to assist the smooth development of anti-corruption work. Based on this point, this paper aims at the understanding and application of criminal procedure rules in anti-corruption work for example, discusses and explains related issues, and then improves the efficiency and results of anti-corruption work, and promotes the effective development of anti-corruption work in China.
