【摘要】：正为深入贯彻全国检察机关第二次刑事申诉检察工作会议和《最高人民检察院关于加强和改进刑事申诉检察工作的意见》精神,进一步加强刑事申诉检察理论与实务研究,不断深化对刑事申诉检察工作规律的认识,推动刑事申诉检察工作科学发展,最高人民检察院刑事申诉检察厅与人民检察杂志社共同主办、广东省人民检察院承办"岭南杯"刑事申诉检察理论与实务研究征文活动。有关事项启事如下:一、征文活动范围征文活动面向全社会。全国从事法学、检察理
[Abstract]:In order to further strengthen and improve the opinions and spirits of the second criminal appeals prosecution service and the Supreme People ' s Procuratorate of the Supreme People ' s Procuratorate on strengthening and improving the procuratorial work of criminal appeals , further strengthening the theory and practice of criminal appeal procuratorial work , deepening the understanding of the law of procuratorial work of criminal appeals , promoting the scientific development of criminal appeal procuratorial work , organizing the criminal appeal prosecution theory and practice study of the " Ling Nan Cup " by the People ' s Procuratorate of Guangdong Province .
