【摘要】：正案件管理机制改革既是检察工作和检察改革的重要组成部分,也是检察机关公正司法、提高司法公信力的重要保障。2014年12月,曹建明检察长在全国检察机关第一次案件管理工作会议上强调,深化案件管理机制改革,当前要牢牢把握五个重点:一要在依法科学有效管理上下功夫。二要在统筹规范司法上下功夫。三要在强化内部监督制约上下功夫。四要在推进司法公开上下功夫。五要在当好参谋助手上下功夫。~((1))近年来,湖北省黄冈市检察
[Abstract]:The reform of the positive case management mechanism is not only an important part of procuratorial work and procuratorial reform, but also an important guarantee for the justice of the procuratorial organs and the improvement of the credibility of the judiciary in December.
