我国法庭口译机制简论

【摘要】：法庭口译是维护语言平等和当事人合法权益的主要手段,是实现程序正义和法公正的重要条件。在对外交往和涉外诉讼日益频繁的今天,我国的法庭口译近年来得到了快速而又持续的发展,出现了许多新的特点和势头。但是,我国法庭口译的制度建设仍然相对滞后,法庭口译机制的研究还不够深入,这已经影响到了涉外诉讼当事人权益的保障。我们应该通过借鉴发达国家和地区的有益的经验和制度,结合我国法庭口译的实践,积极推进我国法庭口译机制的建立和完善。
[Abstract]:Court interpretation is the main means to safeguard the equality of language and the legitimate rights and interests of the parties. It is also an important condition for the realization of procedural justice and legal justice. With the increasing frequency of foreign communication and foreign litigation, court interpretation in China has been developing rapidly and continuously in recent years, and many new features and momentum have emerged. However, the system construction of court interpretation in China is still relatively lagging behind, and the research on the mechanism of court interpretation is not deep enough, which has affected the protection of the rights and interests of the litigants involved in foreign litigation. We should actively promote the establishment and improvement of our country's court interpretation mechanism by learning from the beneficial experiences and systems of developed countries and regions and combining the practice of court interpretation in our country.
