【摘要】：正上世纪70年代早期,运用志愿调解者的社区调解实验项目在美国几个主要城市开始运行。这些项目如此成功,以致后20年间,全美数百个社区调解项目建立。〔1〕2011年,美国社区调解项目达400多个,全职员工1300多人,调解志愿者超过20000人,受委托案件40多万件。志愿者每年人均奉献35小时调解当地纠纷,按当前行业价值26.83美元/小时计算,每个项目得到的志愿服务价
[Abstract]:In the early 1970s, community mediation pilot programs using voluntary mediators began operating in major cities in the United States. These programs were so successful that in the next 20 years hundreds of community mediation programs were established across the United States. (1) in 2011, there were more than 400 community mediation programs in the United States, more than 1300 full-time employees, more than 20000 mediation volunteers and more than 400,000 entrusted cases.
