【摘要】：正价格鉴定意见是刑事司法实践中常用的一种证据类型,在许多财产犯罪案件中,价格鉴定意见往往是决定罪与非罪、量刑轻重的关键甚至是唯一标准。因此,价格鉴定意见的准确性、客观性对于能否正确定罪量刑具有决定意义。但是,在目前的司法实践中,刑事案件价格鉴定中还存在许多问题,主要表现为:侦查机关在委托鉴定方面存在对涉案物品
[Abstract]:Positive price appraisal opinion is a kind of evidence commonly used in criminal judicial practice. In many property crime cases, price appraisal opinion is the key or even the only standard to decide the crime and non-crime, and the severity of sentencing. Therefore, the accuracy and objectivity of price appraisal opinion is of decisive significance to the correct conviction and sentencing. However, in the current judicial practice, there are still many problems in the price identification of criminal cases.
