【摘要】：正舆论监督是媒体非常神圣的职责和功能。新媒体时代,公民记者的兴起扩大了舆论监督的范围、深度和速度。它在促进社会进步和公平正义方面所起到的重要作用,不必赘言。但在实践中一些不规范的行为和理念对社会整体发展所产生的负面作用,则需警惕。不然,新媒体如同手握新式重武器的顽童,在没有任何规范和约束的情况下,很可能对社会发展造成破坏性影响。笔者认为,在坚决捍卫新媒体所拥有的舆论监督权利和充分肯定其对社
[Abstract]:The positive public opinion supervision is the media very sacred duty and the function. In the new media era, the rise of citizen journalists has expanded the scope, depth and speed of public opinion supervision. Its important role in promoting social progress and equity and justice needs not be repeated. However, in practice, the negative effects of some nonstandard behaviors and ideas on the overall development of society should be guarded. Otherwise, new media, like children with new heavy weapons, are likely to have a devastating impact on social development without any regulation or restraint. The author believes that in firmly defending the rights of the new media to supervise public opinion and fully affirm their rights to the society,
