【摘要】：正2017年是全面深化改革向纵深推进的关键一年,最高人民检察院检察长曹建明在全国检察长会议上对今年的司法体制改革和检察改革作了全面部署,强调要精耕细作、务实求效。结合党的十八大以来历次全会精神以及中央政法工作会议、全国检察长会议精神、最高检各厅室局重点工作安排,《人民检察》编辑部确定2017年重点选题,欢迎法学专家学者和广大检察人员积极投稿。一、检察理论研究选题1.完善检察监督体系研究
