论我国民主党派履行职责的法律保障

【摘要】：我国民主党派承担着参政议政和民主监督的职责,对于推进我国民主政治建设和法治建设的发展具有重要的意义。然而,民主党派履职现状远没有到位。究其原因,与我国民主党派缺乏有效的法律保障有关。针对我国民主党派履职存在的法律缺位,应当通过循序渐进的方法推进。首先尽可能把中共中央14号和5号文件中的相关规定逐步落实,制定或者修改完善相关法律、法规和规章加以确认。在条件成熟时,制定专门的《政党法》加以保障。
[Abstract]:The democratic parties in China are responsible for participating in political and political affairs and democratic supervision. It is of great significance to promote the development of democratic politics and the development of the rule of law in China. However, the status quo of the democratic parties is far from being in place. The reason is related to the lack of effective legal guarantee for the democratic parties in China. In view of the legal absence of the democratic parties in our country, it should be promoted by step by step method. First of all, the relevant provisions of the 14 and 5 documents of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China are gradually implemented, and the relevant laws, regulations and regulations are formulated or amended to confirm the relevant laws and regulations. When conditions are ripe, the special law of the party is enacted.
