【摘要】：正上海市宝山区人民法院于2015年6月25日以受贿罪判处鲁明(化名)有期徒刑二年六个月,并依法没收违法所得人民币四十二万九千元。鲁明不服一审判决,提起上诉。上海市第二中级人民法院于2015年9月17日裁定驳回上诉,维持原判。学校招生已经成为当前社会热门话题,一些家长在"望子成龙、望女成凤"愿望的驱使下,不惜一切代价找关系、托人情,由此引发的钱权交易愈演愈烈。极少数教育工作者不能自觉抵制金钱诱惑,以至身陷囹圄。艺术类考试招生更是腐败高发地带。鲁明受贿案正是其中一起典型案件。案发前鲁明系上海某大学音乐学院教授,他在
[Abstract]:On June 25th 2015, the Baoshan District people's Court in Shanghai sentenced Lu Ming (pseudonym) to two years and six months in prison for the crime of accepting bribes, and confiscated 429,000 yuan of illegal gains in accordance with the law. The Shanghai second Intermediate people's Court ruled on September 17th 2015 to reject the appeal, upholding the original ruling. School enrollment has become a hot topic in the society. Some parents are driven by the desire to "look forward to having a son and a girl to become a Phoenix." Looking for relationships at all costs, asking for a favor, the resulting exchange of money rights has intensified. A very small number of educators cannot consciously resist the temptation of money. Art examination enrollment is even more corrupt areas. The Luming bribery case is one of the typical cases. The former Lu Ming is a professor of the Conservatory of Music of a university in Shanghai.
