关于增设父母虐待儿童罪的研究

【摘要】：在当今社会,父母虐待儿童的情况屡见不鲜。虽然听起来离我们的生活很遥远,但是对于这种情况,我们也不能视而不见。为了更好的解决儿童人身权利被侵害的问题,论文将结合国内现实情况,提出解决意见。论文采取的主要方法是对比研究法。通过全面的搜集和分析问题,指出现行法律在父母虐待儿童方面的不足。儿童处于容易受到伤害的年纪,对儿童要从各个方面进行保护,以让儿童不再受非法的侵害。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the abuse of children by parents is common.Although it may sound distant from our lives, we should not turn a blind eye to this situation.In order to better solve the problem of children's personal rights infringed, the paper will combine with the domestic reality and put forward some suggestions.The main method adopted in this paper is comparative research.Through a comprehensive collection and analysis of the problems, pointed out the shortcomings of the existing law in the abuse of children by parents.Children are at a vulnerable age and should be protected from illegal practices.
