案例教学在“刑法学”授课中的运用

【摘要】:刑法学作为一门部门法学科,主要是对犯罪与刑罚相关的问题予以研究。在对刑法学科的教学过程中,在和理论知识准确传输的过程中,将理论知识与实践案件结合起来,用理论知识来解决实践问题,案例教学在整个刑法学的教学过程中发挥着重要的作用。案例的选择工作直接决定了案例教学的效果,如何更好的选择案例,是教学准备工作一项重要的任务。案例选择需要遵循一定的原则和标准,以达到案例教学的目标。任何教学方法都应注意因地制宜,做到适量、准确,避免过度使用而出现新的误区。刑法授课中应避免案例教学比重过高使其他教学方式被完全或者部分代替。
[Abstract]:As a branch of law, criminal law is mainly concerned with crime and penalty. In the course of teaching criminal law, and in the process of accurate transmission of theoretical knowledge, we combine theoretical knowledge with practical cases, and use theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems. Case teaching plays an important role in the teaching of criminal law. Case selection directly determines the effect of case teaching. How to better choose case is an important task of teaching preparation. Case selection needs to follow certain principles and standards in order to achieve the goal of case teaching. Any teaching method should pay attention to local conditions, do the right amount, accurate, avoid overuse and new mistakes. In the course of criminal law teaching, it is necessary to avoid the over-proportion of case teaching so that other teaching methods are completely or partially replaced.
