浅析同性性侵行为

【摘要】：近年来随着社会的变迁和发展,我国同性性侵案件也逐步增多,女性性侵女性,男性性侵男性的案件也屡见不鲜。这类案件给社会带来的恶劣影响远比我们想象的还要严重,给受害者的身体和心理造成极大的伤害。同性性侵问题的日益严重,反映出我国法律在这方面的空白,我国刑法在保护性权利上的缺失,在实践中严重影响这类案件的处理,本文通过对同性性侵行为的分析,完善我国法律规定,从而达到对这种犯罪行为的遏制,用法律来打击这种犯罪现象。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the change and development of the society, the cases of sex invasion in China have gradually increased. The cases of female sex invasion and male sex abuse are also common. This kind of cases is much worse than we imagined, causing great harm to the body and mind of the victims. Serious, reflecting the blank of our law in this respect, the lack of our criminal law in the protection of the rights, in practice seriously affect the handling of such cases, this article through the analysis of homosexual aggression, improve the legal provisions of our country, so as to achieve the containment of this kind of criminal behavior, and use the law to combat this kind of crime.
