涉农补贴“微腐败”案件分析及预防对策——以T市某区近5年查办的职务犯罪案件为例

【摘要】：本文通过对T市某区近5年查办的职务犯罪案件进行分析,发现"微腐败"案件所占比重大、案发频繁、危害严重,本文通过对相关案件的研究,总结了"微腐败"案件的特点、发案原因,并根据实际制定出了预防对策,希望能够对该类案件的解决和预防提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the duty crime cases investigated in a certain district of T city in recent five years, it is found that the cases of "micro-corruption" occupy a large proportion, occur frequently, and cause serious harm. This paper summarizes the characteristics and causes of "micro-corruption" cases, and draws up the preventive countermeasures according to the actual situation, hoping to provide reference for the solution and prevention of this kind of cases.
