[Abstract]:In China, which sentencing model can best reflect criminal justice and meet the national conditions, which has been discussed for many years in the field of law. The Road to sentencing Reform in China (Wuhan University Press, March 2014), written by Professor Zhao Tingguang, is based on the current situation of our country and the people's situation, and explores the sentencing model which can reflect the justice of sentencing and accord with the scientific development view. Some viewpoints in the book condense his thoughts on the reform of sentencing of criminal law in China for many years, among which the standard and concrete manifestation of sentencing justice provide a useful reference for the reform of sentencing in China.
