心理干预在预防中年职务犯罪中的价值分析

【摘要】：在习近平总书记的严肃反腐思潮下,多位省部级高官相继落马,这一记反腐重锤,锤落的不再是老年官员,而是呈现中年化趋势的骨干干部。调查可见,上个世纪呈现的退休前老年干部职务犯罪倾向已经明显下降,取而代之的是以40-50岁中年干部居多。文章通过分析这些中年干部的职务犯罪心理,给予了良好的心理干预应对。
[Abstract]:Under President Xi Jinping's serious anti-corruption trend, several senior provincial and ministerial officials have been knocked down. The hammer is no longer the senior officials, but the backbone cadres who are showing a trend of middle age. The investigation shows that the tendency of the retired old cadres to commit crimes in the past century has obviously decreased, and the majority of the middle-aged cadres aged 40 to 50 are in their place. Through analyzing the duty crime psychology of these middle-aged cadres, the article gives a good psychological intervention.
