浅论严重人格障碍犯罪人的刑事政策完善

【摘要】：人格障碍是指明显异常且根深蒂固的行为方式。患有严重人格障碍的人因其人格的缺陷障碍,较常人有更大的危险性易成为恶性暴力犯罪的犯罪人。由于未达到刑法中精神病患者的认定标准,既不能适用《刑法》中关于精神病人的规定,在现行刑事政策中又没有得到充分的重视,所以对该类犯罪人所适用的刑事政策应根据时代和科技的发展及时调整与完善。
[Abstract]:Personality disorder refers to clearly abnormal and deep-rooted behavior patterns. People with severe personality disorder are more dangerous than ordinary people because of their personality defects. As the standard for the recognition of mental patients in the criminal law has not been met, the provisions of the Criminal Law concerning mental patients cannot be applied, and they have not been given sufficient attention in the current criminal policy. Therefore, the criminal policy should be adjusted and perfected according to the development of times and science and technology.
