解密红山大案

【摘要】：正犯罪团伙中,盗掘古墓团伙了解历史文化,并掌握一定风水术,懂得利用现代科技仪器进行探测、盗掘、回填;倒卖文物团伙成员都具备一定的文物知识,有的本身就是文物工作人员,受教育程度较高,对相关法律比较熟悉"此次追缴回来的玉猪龙、马蹄形玉箍、勾云形玉佩、玉钺等精美玉器都属于国宝级文物,填补了红山文化研究的多项空白。"4月20日,辽宁省红山文化研究基地主任、朝阳师范高等专科学校党委书记雷广臻接受《方圆》记者采访时表示,红山大案的办理不但沉重打击了盗掘、倒卖等一系列文物犯罪行为,更为中华民族五千年文化的研究提供了大量极有价值的研究素材。
