【摘要】：正21世纪,我国已经全面进入了信息化时代,信息化时代的主要标志就是互联网的普及和应用。网络为人们的工作带来无限的便利,使人们的生活变得更加丰富多彩,它不仅成为我们获取信息的重要手段和有效途径,而且被广泛地应用于社会发展的各个领域。然而,随着网络的普及以及互联网应用范围的不断扩大,出现了许多与之相关的法律问题,并且其频率节节攀升,如侵犯公民名誉权、隐私权、知识产权的问题,危及金融安全、国家机密等法律问题,这些问题的频频出现都与互联网
