协助执法临聘人员违规执法问题探讨

【摘要】：近年来,由于协助执法人员引起公共事件、公共问题"层出不穷",人们常常把注意力放在临时工是否具备"执法"权力的问题上,没有从根本上真正解决"协助执法"引发的相关问题,从而导致的公共问题仍"不绝于耳"。文章认为,协助执法人员引起的公共问题是一个表面现象,其实质在于,对"协助执法"人员组织管理出现了问题,有很多的人力资源管理问题没有得到根本解决。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as public issues have "sprung up" as a result of assisting law enforcement officials in causing public events, attention has often been focused on the question of whether temporary workers have "law enforcement" powers. The related problems caused by "assisting in law enforcement" have not been fundamentally solved, and the resulting public problems are still "endless ears." the article holds that the public problems caused by assisting law enforcement officials are a superficial phenomenon, and the essence of these problems lies in, There are problems in the organization and management of assisting law enforcement personnel, and a lot of human resources management problems have not been solved fundamentally.
