乡村观光农业存在哪些法治难点

【摘要】：乡村观光是依托于农业而发展起来的旅游业,农业是国民经济的基础产业,旅游业是一种富有综合性的服务产业,两种行业都有自己的主管部门,在国家法律和政策规定上有所不同,融合发展存在一些法律难点,为了更好地适用政策法规、改善滞后的法律状况,必须提出应对乡村观光农业中法律难点问题的根本之策,补强法律层面的短板和不足,给乡村观光农业提供法律保障。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism is a tourism industry developed on the basis of agriculture. Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy. Tourism is a comprehensive service industry. Both industries have their own competent departments. There are differences in national laws and policies, and there are some legal difficulties in the development of integration. In order to better apply policies and regulations and improve the lagging legal situation, we must put forward the fundamental measures to deal with the legal difficulties in rural tourism agriculture. Strengthen the legal level of shortcomings and deficiencies, to provide legal protection for rural tourism agriculture.
