《反恐怖主义法》的实施助力公安反恐信息化建设

【摘要】：作为处于反恐前沿的公安机关,要履行好《反恐法》赋予的法律职权,把握好情报信息反恐先机,深化反恐信息化建设。应注重顶层设计,建立统一高效信息化平台;整合各种资源,引入前沿信息科学技术;强化分析研判,健全网上网下高效联动机制;强化学习培训,提高民警科技应用水平。
[Abstract]:As the public security organs in the anti-terrorism front, the legal authority to give the "Anti Terrorism Law > good performance, a good grasp of the information on the initiative, deepen counter-terrorism information construction. Should pay attention to the top-level design, establish a unified and efficient information platform; integration of various resources, introduction of advanced information science and technology; strengthen the analysis, improve the efficient linkage mechanism of online network reinforcement learning; training, improve the application level of police science and technology.
