我国食品安全的治理困境与多元化治理机制的完善

【摘要】：我国目前处在改革开放的的转型时期,也是社会风险集聚和矛盾大爆发时期,在这种时代背景下食品安全问题直接关系着社会民生和社会稳定,所以发现食品安全治理过程中的难题并找到解决办法显得尤为重要。我国食品安全治理的主要途径是采用政府监管的方式,这虽然体现我国的法治精神但是这种较为单一的方式并不能从根本上解决我国复杂多样的食品安全问题,因此在借鉴发达国家治理经验的同时探索出一条适合我国国情的多主体协调治理的道路具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the transition period of reform and opening up, it is also the period of social risk agglomeration and the outbreak of contradictions. Under this background, the food safety problem is directly related to the people's livelihood and social stability. Therefore, it is particularly important to find out the difficult problems in the process of food safety management and to find solutions. The main way to manage food safety in China is to adopt the way of government supervision. Although this reflects the spirit of the rule of law in our country, this relatively single way cannot fundamentally solve the complex and diverse food safety problems in our country. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore a way of multi-subject coordinated governance suitable for China's national conditions while drawing lessons from the experiences of developed countries.
