【摘要】：介绍和讨论了化妆品中高关注物质的概念、我国和欧盟对检测出禁用物质的法规要求以及安全评价方法,提出化妆品原料和杂质的最高安全限值理论,结合实际案例对六价铬进行了安全评价。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces and discusses the concept of substances of high concern in cosmetics, the legal requirements and safety evaluation methods for the detection of prohibited substances in China and the European Union, and puts forward the theory of the maximum safety limit for raw materials and impurities in cosmetics. Combined with practical cases, the safety evaluation of hexavalent chromium is carried out.
